Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with corporate goals. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on strategic initiatives. - Collaborating with the Head of Sales for INDIA to establish annual targets for opening new accounts. - Drawing upon your IT sales experience, especially in ERP and Digital solutions. - Understanding the intricacies of selling technology products and services. - Engaging with key decision-makers such as CIOs and IT directors within client organizations. - Building strong relationships with clients, comprehending their IT requirements, and influencing their purchasing decisions. - Serving as a brand ambassador, advocating for customer needs within internal marketing and product teams. - Setting an example by showcasing a track record of successful sales and business development. - Providing support for important opportunities when needed. - Participating in sales meetings, offering updates and insights on sales activities. - Identifying opportunities in vertical IT markets through research, including potential business partners and vendors. - Creating integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and acquire new accounts. - Collaborating across functions to enhance marketing programs and manage the sales pipeline effectively. The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include: - 12+ years of experience in hunting for new business. - A relevant degree (e.g., Bachelors or University Degree) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - A proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
