Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our rooms team as the Director of Rooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the rooms department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of room attendants, bell captains, and other support staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve guest experience.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all rooms.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
  • Strong understanding of quality control measures and health and safety regulations.
