Director of Quality Assurance

As a Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance at J Nitin Global Group, your role will involve leading the quality and audit operations on a global scale. You will be responsible for establishing QA systems, SOPs, and inspection protocols. Additionally, overseeing product quality, AQL inspections, and lab testing will be crucial in ensuring compliance with international standards. Your expertise will be essential in leading compliance audits and obtaining certifications from various organizations such as GOTS, SEDEX, SA8000, BSCI, WRAP, FSC, OEKO-TEX, REACH, C-TPAT, and RESA. Vendor evaluations and onboarding for compliance, implementation of QA tech tools, dashboards, and digital inspections will also fall under your responsibilities. Leading vendor improvement and corrective action programs, as well as collaborating with sourcing, buying, and client QA teams, will be key aspects of your role. With your 12+ years of experience in QA leadership in a buying agency or export house, along with cross-category QA knowledge in textiles, hard goods, and jewelry, you will bring a wealth of expertise to the position. Your global compliance and social audit knowledge, coupled with your tech-savviness in QA inspection systems and analytics tools, will be instrumental in driving quality initiatives within the organization.
