Role Overview: As the Director of Operations at India Sponsorship Committee (ISC), you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and building strong relationships both internally and externally. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring efficient program delivery, strategic decision-making, and sustainable development initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing complex operations and inspiring high-performance teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead ISC's operational strategy with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and quality outcomes. - Design and implement processes, workflows, and systems to enhance program delivery and organizational performance. - Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management standards are met while building resilient operational frameworks. - Drive data-informed decision-making through robust monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems. - Champion innovation and best practices in field operations, logistics, resource management, and cost optimization. - Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams with a focus on accountability, ownership, and continuous learning. - Inspire and motivate teams by setting clear expectations, offering constructive feedback, and recognizing high performance. - Spearhead fundraising efforts through grants, CSR partnerships, and strategic donor engagements. - Develop and lead structured communication plans for CSR engagement, donor reporting, social media, newsletters, and impact storytelling. - Establish transparent communication channels, promote organizational values, and lead initiatives that enhance employee morale and wellbeing. - Develop clear accountability structures and lead internal audits to ensure regulatory and donor requirements are met with integrity. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of leadership experience in operations within non-profit, development, or CSR sectors. - Proven track record of fundraising success, donor relationship management, and partnership development. - Strong business acumen with expertise in cost control, process improvement, and resource optimization. - Exceptional communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement, reporting, and public representation. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of driving systemic change with agility and resilience. - Experience managing multi-location teams and aligning cross-functional objectives with organizational strategy.,
