Salary Range: 20 - 25 Lakhs per annum Location: Nava India, Coimbatore Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant leadership experience in operations management, preferably in AI/ML or tech-driven startups. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee the operational strategies and execution for Experts Pro and its AI/ML-focused subsidiary, Kodo. This leader will be responsible for driving organizational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives in a fast-growing, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and scalability of both Experts Pro and Kodo. - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple departments and teams. - Lead cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Product, and Technology to achieve organizational goals. - Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance to optimize profitability. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational effectiveness. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all functions. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. - Act as a key liaison between senior management and operational teams to drive the execution of strategic initiatives. - Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing innovation, accountability, and quality. - Lead talent development and succession planning for operations teams. Requirements - Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar senior leadership role. - Strong background in operational strategy development and execution. - Experience with startups or fast-growing companies, preferably in AI/ML or technology sectors. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation. - Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
