• Lead and Inspire Engineering Teams:

• Provide strong leadership to high-performing, fast-paced product engineering teams, ensuring delivery excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Strategic Roadmap Execution:

• Collaborate closely with business product owners to define, manage, and execute a robust development roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and customer needs.

• Technology Innovation:

• Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and engineering best practices that enhance business capabilities and drive scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Operational Excellence:

• Drive process improvements to enhance service quality, development velocity, and overall engineering productivity.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Act as a strategic partner to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment between engineering initiatives and business outcomes.

• Talent Development:

• Mentor and develop engineering talent within the team, creating a high-trust, high-performance environment.

Work and Technical Experience:

• Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications
• Experience with Containerization Technologies
• Experience with Integrating Internal or External enterprise systems via APIs, Events, or other integration implementations
