You've shaped a clear academic vision and taken ownership of its results. You've led decisively, not from the sidelines. And when it comes to learning science, you're not experimenting—you've built something tangible, delivered outcomes that validate it, and earned credibility to present it publicly. If that describes you, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its academic north star.At 2 Hour Learning, we've designed a model in which students learn at twice the speed in only two hours per day. AI-driven tutors, mastery-based progression, and a fundamental break from traditional classroom structures produce these results. The outcomes are remarkable. Now we need a leader who can align execution across varied school models, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the external voice of a movement rooted in rigorous learning science. This is not a role for academic theory. It's a leadership mandate. You'll own the academic strategy in practice, establish clear standards, surface execution gaps, and coach high-performing teams toward measurable outcomes. You'll convert our scientific foundations into operational rigor and articulate the case for this model to the broader world.
What You Will Be Doing

- Working on isolated curriculum projects without driving systemic change.
