Director Medical Coding Operations

As a Director in the Medical Coding Operations department based in Hyderabad, your role will involve working from the office and overseeing various responsibilities: - Handling Operations and Performance Management - Managing Migrations / Setup of start-up projects - Planning & Budgeting revenues and controls - Building and maintaining Client Relationships - Driving Process and people related change management - Engaging in Farming within existing engagements Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing P&L Management - Ensuring Service Delivery excellence - Nurturing Client Relationships - Overseeing Internal Stakeholder Management You will lead the offshore Service delivery of Multi-speciality Coding, implement programs for business plan attainment, provide directions for operating units, and establish a process excellence/quality framework for high-quality work from coders. Additionally, you will collaborate with delivery and training functions to create feedback loops, implement improved processes for higher ROI, provide mentoring to subordinates, manage multiple accounts, and oversee end-to-end program management. Your role will also involve facilitating process improvements to enhance customer engagement, generating new prospects, and ensuring attrition control & job enrichment at process levels.
