Director - Inside Sales

As a Director Inside Sales at SuperAGI, you will play a crucial role in leading, scaling, and optimizing our inside sales team. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, coaching, and scaling the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. - Defining and implementing sales strategies that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. - Building and optimizing the inside sales playbook, including outreach cadences, call scripts, objection handling, etc. - Owning sales KPIs such as conversion rates, response times, pipeline velocity, and quota attainment. - Collaborating with marketing to ensure lead quality, lead nurturing, and alignment on campaigns. - Working closely with RevOps to build accurate forecasting models, sales dashboards, and CRM hygiene. - Hiring, onboarding, and training new inside sales reps. - Managing and optimizing the budget for both SDR and AE teams, including headcount planning, tooling, training, and performance-related investments. - Implementing tools, tech, and automations to boost team productivity and efficiency. - Running regular pipeline reviews, performance 1:1s, and deal coaching sessions. - Providing feedback to product and leadership on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor intelligence. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3-4 years in inside sales leadership. - Proven success scaling and managing high-performing inside sales teams in SaaS, tech, or similar domains. - Strong command of the sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.). - Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills. - Experience with outbound and inbound sales motions. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven startup environment. - Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.,
