Job Description

You will be accountable for managing large transformational program delivery in the region. Our dream candidate has led and scaled implementation teams for a platform business.
The role manages the onboarding of clients onto Pismo s all-in-one SaaS processing platform for banking and payments. We are looking for a talented, delivery-focused individual with experience running large mission-critical product implementations from either the client or vendor perspective.

What you will do:

  • Demonstrable experience of successful product implementations, we need a hands-on leader than can help our clients onboard to Pismo quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage large digital transformation programs for Pismo customers in the region, including greenfield implementations and migration of existing customer bases.
  • Manage a team of Delivery Implementation Leads to deliver quality products while maintaining schedule and budget.
  • Regularly manage RAID with early escalation where required.
  • Act as the key contact point for the client assist with planning, identify risks and dependencies.
  • Demonstrable customer stakeholder management at senior level.
  • Implement strong governance and reporting for the program.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the team to excel in project management and technical configuration of the SaaS platform.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • Experience managing business and technology change programs.
  • Technical implementation background, ideally in a platform organization managing multiple clients.
  • Consultancy background with strong understanding of digitization, preferably in card issuing and core banking.
  • Ability to challenge and negotiate activities and timelines internally and externally.
  • Ability to identify, track, and mitigate key risks to the program.
  • Experience influencing clients at senior management level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Deep cards industry experience, including understanding of Auth/Clearing/Chargeback processes and key interfaces/message types (Desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of Mastercard and Visa scheme rules and processes (Desirable).
