Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Analyst, VP to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have between 14 and 19 years of experience in project management.

Roles and Responsibility

Support the implementation of governance standards across the portfolio.
Drive PMO governance for key deliverable initiatives and programs.
Track financials across the tribe portfolio and provide commentary on variances from forecasts.
Ensure the Change the Bank (CTB) repository tool is up-to-date with resourcing, expenses, and other related information.
Set up regular status review calls with project/programme managers and tribe leads, minute meeting notes, and agreed actions.
Work closely with HR and support senior management on hiring strategy to onboard resources and track status for the Data Services Tribe and overall CTO Architecture domain.
Manage multiple ad-hoc and short timeframe requests, automating reports using Macros and advanced Microsoft tools.
Create Purchase Requisitions to ensure timely PO creation and manage vendor relationships, coordinating until PO issuance.
Participate in the automation of PMO processes and create reports/MIS for stakeholders/management.
Support regional PMO activities.

Job Requirements

Understanding of Financials and concepts of P&L and capitalization.
Knowledge of project management concepts and business management as a function.
Experience in resource management, hiring governance, and ensuring accurate reporting of hiring and exits.
Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced Excel, including formula-based Management Information Systems.
Proficient in Excel for financial and data management.
Knowledge of Tableau for creating, managing, and analyzing data is preferable.
Familiarity with Clarity, JIRAs, and SharePoint is an added advantage.
Strong articulation and coherence in both written and oral communication, with fluency in English.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks efficiently, with attention to detail.
Capable of being assertive or diplomatic when needed and comfortable communicating with senior management.
Responsive, diligent, and able to analyze detailed and large data sets, with excellent collaboration and mediation skills.
A Commerce, Business, or Finance degree from an accredited college or university is required.
