Job Description: Director HR/HR Group Head Overview We are seeking a visionary HR Group Head to lead and transform human resource practices across multiple business verticals, supporting a workforce of over 20,000 employees across two states. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives, implement digital HR tools, and foster an engaging, efficient, and future-ready workplace. 1. Strategic Leadership & Transformation Play a key strategic role responsible for HR transformation, planning, and execution. Collaborate with top management to shape current and future HR strategies. Develop and align Corporate HR Strategy with overarching organizational goals. Lead HR digital transformation through implementation of cloud-based tools and tech-enabled projects. Support HR operational changes to align with evolving technology, structures, and talent needs. 2. HR Frameworks, Policies & Processes Design and manage robust HR operating models to drive business and HR outcomes. Establish effective policy frameworks, processes, and systems to improve efficiency. Benchmark existing HR policies to align with industry standards and organizational needs. Drive change by coaching managers on engagement, capability building, and managing transitions. 3. Employee Experience & Engagement Foster an innovative culture of engagement across varied verticals. Address employee concerns, build transparent communication, and enhance workplace relationships. Conduct detailed attrition analysis and implement retention strategies. Lead interventions to enhance overall employee satisfaction and productivity. 4. Talent Strategy & Development Drive strategic manpower planning and timely talent acquisition initiatives. Design cost-effective HR processes for effective talent delivery across units. Develop competency-based KRAs and manage organization-wide performance processes. Oversee leadership, technical, and behavioral training aligned to growth strategy. 5. Collaboration & Business Partnership Liaise with business leaders and HRBPs of all verticals to ensure aligned execution of goals. Partner with internal stakeholders to implement sustainable frameworks that meet business needs. Lead a digitally-savvy HRBP team to drive employee lifecycle automation and HR efficiency. Ensure all initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and promote scalability.
