Role Overview: As the Director of Mobility Practice at FutureBridge, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving the growth, success of clients, and industry influence within the mobility and automotive sector. Your responsibilities will include leading consulting engagements, developing thought leadership, and shaping strategic initiatives to help global mobility companies navigate market disruptions and technological advancements. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the P&L performance of Mobility Practice, optimizing global client engagement margins through data-driven decision-making. - Partner with sales and marketing teams to expand market presence, lead large-deal strategies, and position FutureBridge as a preferred strategic partner. - Establish and nurture C-level relationships, delivering high-value advisory and consulting solutions that align with clients' strategic priorities. - Ensure profitability and sustainable growth by optimizing resource allocation, cost management, and operational efficiencies. - Lead the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements, ensuring excellence in insights, innovation, and value-driven solutions. - Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a results-driven, innovative, and client-centric culture. - Spearhead the development of new service offerings and consulting frameworks to address emerging mobility trends. - Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine go-to-market strategies and create impactful business development collateral. Qualification Required: - Education: Masters degree, preferably MBA, M.Tech, and Bachelors degree in mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering. - Experience and Expertise: 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or research advisory services, with substantial exposure to automotive and industrial manufacturing domains. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management. Deep understanding of mobility trends, technologies, and market dynamics. - Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, outstanding communication skills, strong project management capabilities, proficiency in research methodologies, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Leadership Qualities: Visionary mindset, strong emotional intelligence, commitment to mentoring talent, and results-oriented approach.
