Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and MSP clients.
Collaborate with delivery, solutions, and recruitment teams to craft tailored workforce solutions.
Negotiate MSAs, SLAs, and pricing agreements to meet profitability targets.

Relationship Management

Cultivate and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders.
Engage regularly with procurement, HR, and business leaders to identify new opportunities.
Represent Aditi at client meetings, industry events, and conferences. (Up to 33% travel required.)

Team & Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams — operations, legal, and HR — to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Mentor and guide a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise accounts.

Market Intelligence

Stay ahead of industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activity.
Leverage data and market insights to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance value propositions.

Qualifications

3+ years of enterprise and/or MSP sales experience in the staffing or services industry.
Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
Experience selling into procurement and HR (preferred).
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
