Duties And Responsibilities The primary functions and duties include: Generate business opportunities through dedicated account management, prospecting, cold-calling and warm-calling. Support account management plans for key accounts and builds trust, loyalty, and strong long-term relationships. Understand and qualify client IT resource needs thoroughly to provide qualified consultants to fulfill specific needs. Meet client managers and consultants on a regular basis to review progress, understand clients expectations and needs, proactively address concerns, and escalate issues to senior management if required. Create and conducts presentations and proposals to customers. Respond to Client Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP). Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales targets. Manage and deliver on KPI's Responsible for entering and maintaining lead, customer, and sales opportunity data in the internal CRM/ATS database. Demonstrate a desire to progress and excel by continued learning of the trends in the IT talent acquisition industry, latest technology, and services. Personal Traits And Skills The following skills and abilities are sought, and should be expressed in individuals interested in the position: 2-5 years of proven experience in account management and business development in the US IT staffing industry Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in different environments, and with diverse people, and technologies. Good organizational, time management and multitasking skills. Good understanding of IT labour categories and other IT technical terms. Excellent client interfacing and communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, identify, and resolve problems. Effective negotiating skills. Maintain a laser focus, high energy, and an exceptional work ethic. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree and good knowledge in IT are sufficient for this position. Compensation: Market competitive which includes base and variable pay Work Shift : Standard US Eastern Time Zone (7:30 pm to 4:30 am), Monday-Friday Holidays : Standard US Holidays

The IT Sales Manager will handle the sales for IT services including services to create potential customers and achieve sales revenue targets. The IT Sales Executive do the market research, find and create the potential customers, share proposal, signoff the project and make the clients, and is a first contact point for customers. The position requires an individual to have an excellent written and verbal communication skills to match sales requirements and business acumen with a broad understanding of Information Technology. Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and develop new prospect through internet research and prospecting techniques. Engage with leads through chat, phone, Skype, email and any other online mode to create interest in company services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings. Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to work effectively with members of organizational boards, colleagues, business partners, prospects, and community stakeholders. Work on Sales Solution based upon IT services, cloud, virtualization, mobility, and messaging/collaboration. Attend and contribute to team meetings and report progress towards achieving account or market strategies with management and peers. Education & Qualifications MBA (or equivalent) from an accredited university (preferred) or any relevant graduation. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Excellent presentation skills. Broad technology knowledge (IT services, cloud, virtualization, mobility, and messaging/collaboration) Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies is a plus.
