We are seeking an experienced Presales Leader to independently own and drive all presales activities across the US region. This strategic role requires someone who can manage complex sales cycles, build strong client relationships, and serve as the bridge between clients and sales/delivery teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✔ End-to-end Presales Leadership – pipeline nurturing & revenue enablement across the US region

✔ Drive the sales cycle from qualification to closure

✔ Lead bid & proposal management for RFP/RFI responses

✔ Collaborate with delivery teams to build accurate technical solutions & pricing

✔ Mentor and grow a high-performing presales team

✔ Support sales enablement & marketing initiatives through proposals, case studies, and solution briefs

🎯 Core Skills & Competencies

• Mandatory: Presales, Sales Engineering, Bid Management

• Primary: RFP/RFI Response Management

• Good to have: Marketing exposure

• Strong business analysis, solution design, and communication skills

• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles & emerging technologies
