Presales Leader

Key Responsibilities

Presales Leadership

  • Lead and manage all presales activities for the US region, ensuring pipeline nurturing and revenue enablement.
  • Drive sales cycles from

    initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure

    .
  • Engage with CXO-level clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across domains and geographies.

Bid and Proposal Management

  • Own

    end-to-end RFP/RFI management

    , ensuring timely, competitive, and compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing.
  • Implement and continuously improve presales

    processes, methodologies, and best practices

    .
  • Mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing

    team of presales analysts and consultants

    .

Sales Enablement & Marketing Support

  • Partner with regional sales teams to

    qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closures

  • Support sales forecasting and track opportunity progression.
  • Monitor

    competitive landscape

    and develop strategies for account mining and expansion.
  • Create and publish

    case studies, white papers, solution briefs

    , and client-facing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop

    region-specific campaigns, messaging, and positioning

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in

    Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management

    within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to

    global clients (preferably US market)

    .
  • Demonstrated success in

    leading presales functions

    and enabling revenue growth.
