As a Director of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) at Acentra Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a zero-defect delivery and continuously improving the quality of our high-volume data system accessed through various web portals. You will lead the SQA team, overseeing the quality of deliverables, customer relationships, test execution, and strategy independently. Your responsibilities will involve providing strategic direction across program releases, managing resources, costs, risks, and scope, and ensuring the team adheres to established controls and methodologies. Your key responsibilities will include leading the SQA team, overseeing the SQA process, providing executive dashboards for projects and releases, managing test plans and related artifacts, enforcing process improvements, focusing on automation, and ensuring on-time delivery of program releases. You will also be responsible for managing risks, driving innovation in SQA practices, and leading change management initiatives aligned with Acentra Health's strategic objectives. To qualify for this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You should have over 20 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Leader with a strong understanding of SQA best practices, diverse testing methodologies, and automation tools. Your technical skills should be complemented by soft skills such as strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You should be a quick learner, effective in time and project management, and demonstrate confidence, accountability, and ownership in your work. Additionally, you should continuously explore emerging trends and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.,
