Director – Accreditations

As part of our growth and quality journey, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and mission-driven leader to join us as Director – Accreditations. About the Role: As Director – Accreditations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping NBS’s quality assurance and global recognition journey. You’ll lead the planning, execution, and management of prestigious national and international accreditations such as AACSB, AMBA, BGA, NBA, and NAAC. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong academic insight, exceptional project management capabilities, and a deep understanding of accreditation frameworks. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end process for securing and sustaining international and national accreditations. • Work closely with leadership, faculty, and administrative teams to align academic practices with global standards. • Oversee policy development, institutional self-assessments, data compilation, and submission of compliance reports. • Coordinate site visits, peer reviews, and communication with accreditation agencies. • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through strategic quality initiatives and benchmarking. • Conduct workshops and build internal capacity to sustain quality excellence. What We’re Looking For: • Educational Qualification: PhD or Master’s degree in Management / Education / Public Policy or related field. • Experience: Minimum 15 years in academia with at least 3 years in accreditation, institutional quality, or academic leadership roles. • Expertise: Strong knowledge of accreditation standards (AACSB, AMBA, BGA, NBA, NAAC) is essential. • Skills: Exceptional written communication, project leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
