Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all systems in the student computer lab, ensuring optimal performance and software availability. Provide technical support to faculty and staff for hardware, software, and peripheral issues, while keeping an updated inventory of IT assets. Oversee the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems, ensuring continuous recording, data backup, and retrieval support. Administer the campus Wi-Fi network and internet infrastructure, addressing connectivity issues, ensuring security, and coordinating with service providers. Implement and enforce IT policies, conduct regular system checks, and ensure data security and backups across all digital platforms. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution Proficiency in system administration, networking, CCTV systems, and technical troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving and technical skills Effective communication and organizational abilities Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT best practices Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and qualifications Show more Show less
