Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Administrator located in Patiala. The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including network and system administration. Primary tasks will include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring secure and efficient IT operations, and collaborating with internal teams to address technology needs. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling potential challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Experience in Network Administration and System Administration to manage and maintain a robust IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are advantageous.
