Responsibilities : Market sourcing of SME/MSME Business Loans Work on leads generated from internal sources (branches, connectors, campaigns) Customer pitching, documentation, and coordination with credit/ops Drive disbursals and maintain portfolio hygiene . Top Skills: Strong communication, sales fundamentals, stakeholder management, compliance orientation, field readiness. Strong follow-up discipline; target-focus; resilience in field sales KPI : Prospecting, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closure. Coordinating with credit/ops; timely updates; professional conduct. Accuracy in login files, hygiene in documentation, compliance adherence. Lead generation & qualified logins per week/month. Login-to-approval and approval-to-disbursal conversion ratios. Disbursal value/volume; average ticket size; TAT adherence. Document completeness, FI success rate, rejection ratio, audit scores. NPS/feedback; complaint resolution timelines. Work Hours: Field-based role; 6-day working (Mon–Sat).
