Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Point of Sale (POS) Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic sales team based in Mohali. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of POS solutions by generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and successfully closing deals. Your success in this role will be dependent on your excellent communication skills, proactive outreach strategies, and proficient use of CRM tools. Your key responsibilities will include conducting lead generation activities and engaging potential customers in industries such as retail, hospitality, and food services. You will need to have a deep understanding of client requirements, demonstrate the capabilities of our products, and recommend customized POS solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, scheduling meetings with qualified leads, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, and building long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor. Utilizing CRM tools to track and manage interactions, automate follow-ups, and gain insights into lead behavior will be essential for your success. You will also need to stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to refine your sales strategies effectively. Performance tracking and analysis of key sales metrics will be crucial to optimizing your sales performance. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, with a strong understanding of POS systems and their applications in retail and hospitality. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are a must, along with proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain an analytical mindset will be beneficial in tracking and measuring sales performance. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered. Prior experience in SaaS-based solutions, ERP, or POS sales would be advantageous, along with familiarity with industries like retail, hospitality, and food services.
