DIPLOMA ENGINEER TRAINEE

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling components on the shop floor based on assembly drawings and engineering instructions Rozgarle Joblum .
• Conduct quality checks, verify fitment, and ensure first-time-right output Rozgarle Joblum .
• Log daily production data (e.g., PPA sheets, log books) and report weekly scrap/rejection notes Rozgarle .
• Use basic measuring and diagnostic tools (e.g., micrometer, vernier caliper, go/no-go gauge) for inspection and calibration Joblum .
• Participate in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment; support line efficiency improvements Joblum .
• Maintain compliance with 5S standards, safety norms, and proper usage of PPE Rozgarle foundit .
• Coordinate with supervisors or line leaders to address technical issues or process deviations Rozgarle foundit .
• Support activities across multiple lines or sites, including potential travel to customer or other facility locations Rozgarle .
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Rozgarle foundit .
• Experience: Freshers acceptable; relevant manufacturing or assembly exposure is a plus Rozgarle foundit .
• Technical Competencies:
