Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Work on the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects – from ideation, development, testing to deployment and continuous improvement.

• Use data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI) to provide insights and support decision-making.

• Build basic automation and analytics scripts using Python to streamline workflows or generate business intelligence.

• Support the development and deployment of dashboards, reports, and real-time monitoring systems.

• Identify process gaps and propose digital solutions for efficiency and productivity improvements.

• Work with IT, operations, and domain teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of digital solutions.

• Coordinate with vendors or internal tech teams for solution development and integration.

• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables using structured project management practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital transformation, analytics, or IT projects.

• Basic knowledge of Python, Streamlit (for scripting, data manipulation, automation).

• Basic command in Power BI for dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.

• Experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution presentation.

• Familiarity with digital tools, APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.

• Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to work across diverse teams.
