Job Description

As a Lead for a scheduled commercial Bank in Kochi, Kerala, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Own the contractual components related to the applications and integration components, being responsible for the End to End solution. - Coordinate with partners for implementation and support. - Define, design, and implement solutions, including any customization post transition. - Manage the implementation of applications according to the plan. - Responsible for Product Configurations, customizations, and integration with surrounding applications. - Provide production support and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA. - Manage the testing process till release, including defining test cases, SIT, and UAT. - Define and manage architecture diagrams and DFDs. - Maintain the API inventory and specifications, SLA, and KPI for applications. - Manage license and key management, sizing, and performance optimization of applications. - Conduct periodic VAPT and vendor assessment exercises. - Support User Access review and management, non-production instance management, and documentation upkeep. Areas you will be accountable for include: - ESB and API Management - Retail Internet Banking (RIB) - SMS Banking & Missed Call Banking - CASA sourcing (Retail) - Corporate Internet Banking - Loan origination, account sourcing, document management - Mobile Banking - Agency Banking - Video KYC - Realtime customer support with AI Chatbot - Auto Loan - Door Step Gold Loan - Micro Loan LOS and Collection - Mortgage LOS - E-Mandate creation - MSME LOS - Online SA - Employee Mobile App The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-5 years of experience and a minimum qualification of B.Tech/MCA/MBA with preference given to candidates who have worked in banking transformation/migration projects.,
