ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE Responsible for managing a team of 15 to 20 Video Bankers. Manage team to deliver on Productivity, Quality, Cross Sell and Customer Retention as per defined benchmarks. Responsible to ensure availability of Staffing basis predicted volume, Shift Management and the Floor Management. Manage escalated customer calls with end-to-end resolution Responsible for achieving key business and service metric Business/ Financials Responsible for overall achievement of Business target for the team. VCIP Officer will carry out customer identification process (CIP) through video calls performing due diligence checks and reviewing KYC documentation. Interaction quality complete and accurate capture of call interactions/Notes. Need to ensure whether defect rates kept under acceptable levels. VCIP Officer must exhibit the highest standard of customer service to ensure customers are comfortable through our verification process. Strict adherence to the lenders/Company credit policy & checklist Strict adherence to KYC norms as per RBI guidelines.
