Digital & Social Media Specialist

strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage organic and paid social media campaigns

     across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and emerging platforms.
  • Create 

    content calendars, growth strategies, and performance benchmarks

     aligned with client goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
  • Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

     and paid social campaigns.
  • Drive 

    lead-gen campaigns

     with clear conversion funnels, nurturing strategies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, engagement, conversions) and deliver insightful, client-ready reports

    .
  • Use 

    AI-driven analytics tools

     to identify audience insights, optimize targeting, and forecast campaign performance.
  • Translate data into 

    strategic recommendations

     for clients and internal teams.


Required Skills & Tools

Core Expertise

  • Organic & paid social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) & Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Performance marketing, lead-gen funnels, and conversion optimization

AI & Analytics Tools (must-have exposure)

  • Social Media Management:

     Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot
  • AI-Powered Content & Optimization:

     ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai for content ideation; Canva AI or Adobe Firefly for creatives
  • Analytics & Insights:

     Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio/Looker, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Performance & Attribution:

     SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar CRM-integrated tools
  • AI-driven Ad Optimization:

     Smart Bidding in Google Ads, Meta Advantage+, LinkedIn Audience Insights


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • ~5 years of hands-on experience in 

    content strategy, digital marketing, social media strategy, and performance campaigns,

    preferably within an agency set up
  • Ability to 

    interpret data and optimize campaigns in real time

  • Ability to present insights to executive-level stakeholders

    with confidence
  • Understanding of 

    B2B and enterprise tech campaigns
