Job Description

You will be joining EY as a Project Manager in the Assurance Team with the responsibility of leading teams, handling service delivery, and ensuring high-quality service. Your main objective will be to take end-to-end project ownership and achieve defined goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop strong relationships with onshore stakeholders and manage their expectations on service delivery - Manage technical engagements across Automation, Transformation, and Data Visualization - Liaise with EY teams globally to deliver on client engagements and manage the EY practice with client proposals - Maintain project plans, manage project risks, and ensure successful delivery of projects within budget and scope - Monitor operational measures and identify and create new service offerings/solutions - Build strong relationships with local teams and clients, improving the quality and scope of work **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 7-10 years of operational and project management experience - Experience in leading Tech Initiatives and managing delivery across various technologies - Prior experience with agile methodologies and practices - Awareness of cloud technologies - Excellent communication and team management skills While you will be based in the Bangalore office, this role may require travel to other countries for client engagements.
