Role Overview

Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Own the sales strategy and revenue targets across domestic and international geographies.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team to drive business growth.
• Identify and engage with potential clients across sectors, creating tailored pitches and proposals.
• Drive outbound and inbound sales, handle RFPs/RFIs, and close high-value deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client needs.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and CRM management.
• Attend networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to represent the company and grow business.
• Report on key metrics, forecasts, and performance insights to the management team.

Requirements

• 58 years of experience in B2B digital marketing sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital services like SEO, Paid Ads, Website Development, Content Marketing, etc.
• Proven success in closing deals with clients both in India and internationally.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
