Job Title: Digital Sales Executive Location: Dakshinam Sarees, Poes Garden, Chennai Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 About Us: Dakshinam Sarees is a premium handloom saree boutique known for its exclusive collection of silks, cottons, and traditional weaves. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Sales Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels, ensuring personalized and seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:Handle all online sales inquiries from website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), WhatsApp, and video calls. Share product details, images, and videos with customers, ensuring they have complete information. Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication and timely follow-ups until the sale is closed. Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and sales conversions. Coordinate with the in-store team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales via social media and digital platforms. Suggest and implement new ideas to improve digital engagement and customer conversion rates. Track and analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for growth. Support in creating engaging digital content (stories, reels, product posts) to drive sales. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or social media-driven sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Tamil. Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and basic website handling. Customer-centric, proactive, and sales-driven mindset.
