Presales Intern (Customer Relationship) - Paid Internship

Are you a highly motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in sales and customer engagement We&aposre seeking enthusiastic Presales Interns to join our dynamic team for a 3-month paid internship based out of our studio in Poes Garden.

What You&aposll Do:

Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their requirements and mindsets.

Assist in developing a voice and tone that complements the ethos of the brand.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.

Gain valuable insights into the full sales cycle and customer relationship management.

Use tools and trackers to ensure 100% success in CX.

What We&aposre Looking For:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Command over English, Hindi and Tamil.

A strong desire to learn about sales, customer behavior, and our industry.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Comfortable with making outbound calls.
