As Lead – Digital Innovation, you’ll shape the future of banking by launching cutting-edge products, enhancing customer experience, and integrating emerging technologies like AI and blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute digital product strategy
• Lead development of mobile apps, payment platforms, and lending solutions
• Elevate customer experience through data-driven design
• Integrate tech with core banking systems and ensure compliance
• Monitor performance and report to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Exp – 9+ yrs and max up to 15 yrs
• Location Mumbai (Lower Parel)
• Budget – 50 lakhs max

Required Skills

• 9+ years in digital banking/fintech, 3+ years in leadership
• Bachelor’s in Tech/Business; MBA preferred
• Proven success in product launches and agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and innovation mindset
