Digital Product Manager

You will be joining a Global MNC in Pune, Maharashtra on a Contract Role as a Digital Project Manager. We are looking for multiple individuals with 2 to 10 years of experience who can bring transformational leadership qualities to the table. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing user experiences through managing complex digital projects. In this role, you will need to be business-focused, developing a product vision that not only enhances customer experiences but also adds value to the business. You will lead teams in creating strategic roadmaps, making data-driven decisions, and shaping the product roadmap to align with the business goals. Your role will also require you to be technology-driven, collaborating with tech leaders to implement scalable and secure solutions. Proficiency in software development practices, LEAN methodologies, and the ability to gather requirements are essential skills for this position. As a Digital Project Manager, you will exhibit transformational leadership by influencing senior leaders, defining long-term product strategies, and mentoring product talent. Your human-centered approach will involve understanding customer needs, translating insights into product requirements, and collaborating with cross-discipline teams to launch customer-centric products. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-10 years of experience in digital project management, with a minimum of 2 years in leadership roles for candidates with over 5 years of experience. Proficiency in customer-centric product development, agile environments, data analytics, and business strategy is necessary. Additionally, strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are crucial for leading cross-functional teams effectively. Key Skills required for this role include strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management software and tools, solid understanding of digital technologies and platforms, and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
