You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you assist in rolling out advanced program management services and collaborate with senior program leadership. As a Senior Associate, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining professional standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.
