Responsibilities Project Management & Execution: Lead and manage digital commerce and e-commerce projects from inception to completion. Coordinate timelines, resources, and teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects. Oversee and streamline project activities across various platforms, including online marketplaces and digital infrastructure. Digital Marketing & Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Utilize SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies to enhance visibility on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and others. Ensure UX/UI design principles are applied to enhance user experience and engagement. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional team comprising designers, developers, marketers, and data analysts. Foster collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Maintain clear communication and provide leadership to ensure on-time project completion. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and offering tailored solutions. Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing regular project updates. Analytics & Reporting: Use data analytics to assess project performance and provide actionable insights. Deliver regular reports to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and key achievements. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field (Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or similar). Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, media, consumer goods, and digital commerce. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion for online marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) and digital infrastructure. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion in UX/UI design and optimizing user experience for digital platforms. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft project, Asana etc. PMP certification is a plus. Skills: Experinec with client relationship management Strong experience in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems (CMS). Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and e-commerce platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Other Requirements: Personal computer and high-speed internet. Ability to work independently in a remote, distraction-free environment. Work Schedule Shift: 9 am - 1 pm [First half] & 6 pm - 11 pm [Second half] - one shift spilt into 2 Workdays: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off). Benefits Paid time off.
