Role Overview

long-term Operations Specialist

• Day shift , but evening connection via Google Meet may be required as per operational needs.
• Willingness to travel between

  Gurugram Sector 54 and Manesar

  sites based on work requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely procurement/purchasing considering stock needs, costs, and budget constraints.
• Utilize

  ERP and inventory software

  to plan stock requirements at various stages (knowledge of

  Tally

  is a plus).
• Anticipate seasonal demands and plan inventory with lead/lag considerations, keeping resource constraints in mind.
• Provide high-level reports and overviews to management on significant events such as reorder reports, low stock levels, and out-of-stock situations.
• Balance inventory in real-time using software and coordinate with e-commerce and operations teams for packing/tracking updates.
• Manage vendor relations and negotiations under senior management guidance to ensure an efficient supply chain.

• Site supervision

  as required, ensuring smooth operational workflow across locations.
• Handle

  documentation for import-export

  and coordinate

  freight scheduling

Requirements

• Masters degree in a relevant field (meritorious candidates preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with

  ERP software

  ; knowledge of Tally is a plus.
• Highly responsive and professional in communication.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure.
• Organized, detail-oriented, sincere, self-motivated, and quick learner.
