Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management

  • Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
  • Define target audiences, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
  • Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns effectively.
  1. Optimization & Analysis

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, CPL).
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  1. Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies, creatives, and video assets.
  • Contribute to client media strategies and budget planning.
  • Stay updated on new trends, tools, and industry best practices to apply innovative strategies.
  1. Reporting

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Present campaign results to clients and internal stakeholders.
  1. Client Coordination

  • Work closely with the account management team to understand client goals.
  • Suggest improvements in digital media strategy for better ROI.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding campaign updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    performance marketing tools

    (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with

    SEO, SEM, and programmatic advertising

    is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Certifications in

    Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions

    preferred.

  • Achievement of campaign goals (CPL, ROI, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
  • Cost efficiency and effective budget utilization.
  • Client satisfaction and retention.
