Digital Marketing & Web Manager – Real Estate

We are hiring for a growing real estate firm engaged in residential and commercial projects. To support their growth, we’re looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional who can drive online visibility, build digital assets, and generate qualified leads.

Role Summary

A proactive and creative individual who can manage websites, run performance-driven digital campaigns, create and market content, design marketing materials, and handle all aspects of online lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management: Build and maintain an SEO-friendly, responsive website with updated project listings and lead forms.

Lead Generation & Campaigns: Run and optimize paid ads (Google, Meta, WhatsApp), email marketing, and remarketing campaigns.

Content Creation & Marketing: Write engaging content for blogs, emails, social media, and project brochures.

Graphic Design: Design creatives for digital posts, brochures, site banners, and other branding materials using Canva or Adobe tools.

Social Media Management: Plan, post, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, traffic, and leads; optimize based on insights.

Ideal Candidate

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or services.

Strong skills in website design (WordPress/Webflow), SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads.

Proficiency in graphic design and content creation.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus.

Self-driven, with an eye for detail and ability to work independently.
