Digital Marketing Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Trainer to lead and deliver high-quality training programs for audiences ranging from entry-level to advanced professionals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core digital marketing disciplines and a proven ability to educate, inspire, and mentor participants to excel in the digital marketing industry.

• Course Development: Design, update, and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training programs including classroom, virtual, and workshop sessions.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices across SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, analytics, and paid advertising.
• Practical Training: Provide hands-on training using real-world case studies, live projects, and simulations to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assessment: Evaluate participant progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical tests. Provide constructive feedback and support for improvement.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor students/corporate trainees on career paths, certifications, and emerging opportunities in digital marketing.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other trainers and stakeholders to enhance curriculum quality and delivery.
• Certification: Prepare participants for relevant digital marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing; prior training/teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), email marketing platforms, and CMS (WordPress, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
