Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Digital Marketing Trainer who will be responsible for delivering our flagship Digital Marketing courses. The trainer will design engaging learning experiences, teach core and advanced digital marketing strategies, and guide students to become industry-ready professionals.

This role requires a passionate trainer who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and staying updated with the latest digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and practical training sessions on Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.)
• Conduct classes primarily on Saturdays & Sundays (Working Days, Rotational Offs during weekdays)
• Design, update, and maintain training curriculum as per industry standards
• Provide career guidance, mentorship, and support to students
• Evaluate student performance through projects, assignments, and assessments
• Stay updated with emerging tools, trends, and technologies in digital marketing

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong skills in communication, training, and classroom management
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and Analytics
• Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development (preferred)
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and mentor students effectively
• Relevant certifications (Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
