Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Haldwani for a Digital Marketing Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions on various digital marketing topics, ensuring students gain practical and industry-relevant insights. Daily tasks will include curriculum development, preparing training materials, mentoring students, monitoring their progress, and providing feedback. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Training skills essential for delivering engaging and effective sessions
• Expertise in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing with hands-on experience in planning and executing successful campaigns
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies and concepts, including their implementation and impact
• Proficiency in Sales techniques to guide trainees on lead generation and conversion strategies
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and tailor educational content accordingly
• Previous experience as a trainer or mentor, especially in digital marketing, is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Certifications in digital marketing tools and platforms are an advantage
