Job Description – Digital Marketing Trainer Company : Corediva Tech Solutions Location : Trichy (On-site) Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience Required : 1.5 – 2 years (Minimum) Position : Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Trainer who can deliver high-quality training sessions to students, manage our social media presence, support advertising campaigns, and collaborate effectively with our internal team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy teaching, have hands-on digital marketing experience, and thrive within a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Training & Classroom Management Conduct structured training sessions on SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics. Prepare learning materials, assignments, and practical modules. Guide students through real-time projects and ensure clear understanding of concepts. Track student performance, maintain training records, and provide constructive feedback. 2. Social Media & Advertising Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging content aligned with the brand identity. Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Google & Meta). Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. 3. Team Collaboration Work closely with the management and creative team to execute training and marketing activities. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas. Maintain a positive, team-oriented work culture. Candidate Requirements Minimum 1.5 – 2 years hands-on experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners. Must be located in Trichy or willing to work on-site. Good team player with a proactive mindset.
