As a Digital Marketing Trainee,

You Should Be:

• Familiar with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) 
• Creative, motivated, and have a passion for social media marketing 
• A strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills 
• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi (mandatory language requirement) and English. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
• A team player with a positive attitude 
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
• Comfortable with basic data analysis and metrics 

You Will:

• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies 
• Manage company social media accounts and monitor engagement and analytics 
• Conduct research on social media trends and best practices 
• Create and curate content for social media platforms 
• Collaborate with other teams to plan and execute social media campaigns 
• Learn and gain hands-on experience in social media marketing
