Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic traffic
• Plan and execute email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and push notifications
• Monitor and report performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
• Manage and grow our social media presence
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong grasp of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and email platforms
• Knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, or other AI-based marketing tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
