Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Expert to drive performance-based campaigns, manage brand presence, and generate qualified leads across digital platforms. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize online strategies to grow client and internal brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve ranking and visibility
• Plan and implement email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation funnels
• Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights
• Handle social media marketing across platforms – content calendars, captions, and engagement
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages
• A/B test landing pages, ads, and targeting for better conversions

Required Skills:

• Proven 2–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
• Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
• Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot (or similar)
• Strong copywriting and ad strategy skills
• Data-driven mindset with ROI-oriented thinking
• Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns independently

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in e-commerce marketing or food/FMCG D2C brands
• Google or Meta certifications
• Ability to shoot reels / basic editing
