Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about driving online traffic, optimizing content, and generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search visibility.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Develop and implement content marketing strategies.
• Manage social media platforms and engage with the online community.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• Generate performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to align marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
