Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Create ad copies, select creatives, and set up targeting to achieve marketing objectives. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality. Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and algorithm changes. Collaborate with the design and content team for high-performing ad creatives. Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation for continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 year of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads. Certification course in Digital Marketing / Google Ads / Meta Ads preferred. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking. Eagerness to experiment, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
