Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with over 2 years of experience in performance marketing, social media marketing, and managing Dubai-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of emerging marketing trends in the UAE, including influencer marketing, and region-specific digital platforms. This role requires someone who can deliver high-performance campaigns tailored to the fast-evolving UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads, focusing on the UAE audience.
• Manage and grow social media presence on platforms ensuring strong engagement and ROI.
• Coordinate directly with clients, understanding their market needs and aligning campaigns with local consumer behavior.
• Implement the latest UAE marketing trends, such as influencer collaborations, Arabic-first campaigns, and Ramadan/Eid seasonal strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop regionally relevant ad creatives and messaging.
• Stay updated with UAE digital marketing regulations, consumer preferences, and platform updates.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in performance and social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO/Analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of emerging UAE marketing trends such as, influencer marketing, and mobile-first strategies.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in interacting with Dubai clients
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Experience in running omnichannel campaigns tailored to the UAE market.
