Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished video content that aligns with our brand vision. You should have a strong grasp of storytelling, audio syncing, colour correction, and visual effects to create engaging and high-quality videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into professional-quality content for marketing, social media, corporate, and other purposes.
• Create videos using AI.
• Trim, arrange, and synchronize video and audio clips.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, and special effects as required.
• Perform colour grading, sound mixing, and final output formatting.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver high-impact video solutions.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Maintain an organized file system for all project assets and backups.
• Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and tools in the video production industry.

Requirements:

• Proven 1-3 years of work experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of video formats, compression, and optimization for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Knowledge of colour correction, audio mixing, and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Film Studies, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience with camera equipment and video production processes.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing past video editing work is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
